This British Standard gives recommendations and guidance on the development within a public or private sector organization of policies, strategies and procedures for the procurement of construction in the built environment using the structure shown in Figure 1.
It does not cover the procurement of associated engineering services and offshore construction works or the procurement of facilities management as a stand alone service.
