Die Primärproduktion umfasst alle Stadien vom landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb bis zum Schlachthaus. Der Anwendungsbereich umfasst Proben zum Nachweis und/oder zur Zählung von Mikroorganismen, die von lebenden Tieren genommen werden oder Umgebungsproben. Proben zum Nachweis des Hygienstatus in Fleisch sind nicht im Anwendungsbereich. Dieser Teil der ISO 6887 ist anwendbar für Proben aus Brutstätten, dem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb, von Fahrzeugen oder von Tieren während des Transports oder von Tieren und ihren Schlachttierkörpern im Schlachthaus zur Feststellung des mikrobiologischen Status mit Blick auf zoonotische Agenzien.*Inhaltsverzeichnis
