This Particular Standard applies to capacitor discharge<\/small> X-ray generators<\/small> operating in intermittent mode<\/small> for medical radiography<\/small>, in which the electrical energy for loading<\/small> of the X-ray tube<\/small> is completely or mainly capacitively stored at, and switched in, the high-voltage circuit.<\/p>\n

This Particular Standard is confined to those devices which are medical electrical equipment<\/small> and in which<\/p>\n
