It is to be read in conjunction with those sections of Part 1 to which reference is made.<\/p>\n<p>Attention is drawn to the fact that this section specifies only the safety aspects of air-handling luminaires; no requirements are specified at present for performance aspects.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>NOTE 1 The expressions \u201cventilation\u201d and \u201cventilated\u201d in this section refer to forced ventilation.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE 2 No requirements are specified at present in this section for the use of tungsten filament lamps and discharge lamps other than tubular fluorescent lamps.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>For use with a ventilation duct or ventilation space and using tubular fluorescent lamps on supply voltages not exceeding 1000 V.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><b>Luminaires.
