On the basis of the physical data of the vibration measurements (and taking the frequency-dependent effect into consideration) the root-mean-square value of the frequency-weighted acceleration is formed as a variable, characterising vibration exposure. The standard does not provide any limiting values for the acceptability or admissibility of vibration exposures.
